FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What leadership teams usually ask first.

Where should we start with AI support?

In the process that hurts the most. Usually sales, quotes, leads, customer service or reporting. We start with the problem and the process. The choice of tool comes last. Not sure which process it is? The Process Prioritiser (in Swedish) gives a first answer in three minutes.

How quickly will we see results?

Within weeks. We pick one well-defined process, get a working solution up and running, and measure the impact from the start. You see the numbers before you decide the next step.

How do we go from a demo to AI that is actually used?

A demo works ten times. A service has to work thousands of times. That is why monitoring, reliability and cost control are included from the start. And change management all the way, until the AI support is a natural part of the job.

How do you handle the EU AI Act and GDPR?

As design requirements from day one. We classify the service, map the data flows and keep a human in the loop where required. That is what makes the service possible to put into production. And keep there.

Do you deliver the solutions yourself or bring in vendors?

Both. I get solutions up and running myself, fast, so you see the value before investing heavily. When others deliver, I write the requirements and lead the project, so you have a buyer who understands the technology.

How do we get employees to use it?

They are involved from the start. The service is designed around how they actually work, and I lead the change with a certified method (Prosci/ADKAR). Otherwise it is not transformation.

What does it cost to get started?

The first conversation is free, 30 minutes. That is where we see whether there is a way forward. Workshops and pilots are quoted after that conversation, scoped to one process at a time.

Where would you start?

Bring your most time-consuming process to a conversation. Together we'll see if it's the right entry point.
