Data controller
Inonom Aktiebolag, Swedish reg. no. 559369-2816 ("Inonom", "we"). Contact: mikael.wallstedt@inonom.com.
No cookies, no tracking
This website sets no cookies and uses no visitor tracking, ad tracking or third-party analytics. Fonts, images and all code are served from the website's own server. As with any website, the hosting provider may process technical data, such as IP addresses, in operational logs to deliver the pages and protect them against attacks.
Data we process
When you contact us by email: your name, email address and what you write. Purpose: to answer and follow up on your inquiry. Legal basis: legitimate interest, or steps prior to entering into a contract when the dialogue concerns an engagement.
When you book a meeting via Calendly: your name, email address, chosen time and any details you provide. Calendly LLC is our data processor for the booking; the booking link goes to Calendly's website, which has its own privacy policy. Purpose: to hold the booked meeting. Legal basis: steps prior to entering into a contract.
When you request the Process Prioritiser analysis as a report: email address, the company's name, organisation number and location, and your answers and result. Purpose: to send the report and follow up on it. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
In client engagements: contact details of relevant people at the client, under the agreement and data protection annex governing the engagement.
De-identified statistics from the Process Prioritiser
When you complete an analysis in the Process Prioritiser, we store strictly limited, de-identified data about the analysis to produce statistics on which business processes Swedish companies want to improve with AI support. We store the chosen process, your answers to the assessment questions, the result, the company's industry at a high level (SNI section), a broad size group and the month of the analysis. The data is stored without direct identifiers: we do not store the organisation number, company name, web address, location, IP address or email address with it, and it is not used to identify you or your company. Statistics are only used in aggregate and only reported for groups of at least ten analyses.
Recipients and transfers
We share data only with the IT providers needed to run the business: email (Microsoft 365), meeting scheduling (Calendly), customer records (HubSpot), sending Process Prioritiser reports (Zoho Mail) and hosting the website (Cloudflare). Where a provider processes data outside the EU/EEA, this is done under an adequacy decision by the European Commission (such as the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework) or standard contractual clauses. We never sell personal data.
Retention
Email dialogues are kept as long as needed for their purpose and then deleted. Data in contracts and invoicing is kept as long as bookkeeping and tax legislation require.
Your rights
You have the right to request access to, rectification of and erasure of your personal data, as well as restriction of or objection to the processing, and data portability. Contact mikael.wallstedt@inonom.com and we will help you. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY), imy.se.
